Gen5 is a sophisticated software package designed to provide control of all BioTek microplate readers, including wavelength selection, temperature control, and timing for kinetic readings. The stepwise tools make procedure and data reduction creation logical and quick even for complex protocols.

 

Using OLE technology, Gen5 interacts seamlessly with Microsoft Excel, providing control over all report formatting, to make this software the most innovative tool available to create custom, publication quality, reports for for a broad range of microplate applications

GEN5
Standard edition of Gen5 providing the researcher with everything required to collect, analyse, report and export data from a BioTek automated microplate reader.
From basic endpoint and kinetic measurements to complex multi-mode measurements, Gen5's Stepwise™ tools provide a logical interface and powerful output options. Gen5 can be used in bench-top applications or interfaced to an automated platform via its OLE Automation capability.

GEN5ELISA
For more routine assays, GEN5 ELISA provides endpoint data with basic data analysis and complete report and export capabilities.

GEN5RC
Quickly and easily set up reader protocols to collect data for export with GEN5 Reader Control.

GEN5SECURE
Designed for use in laboratories that need to comply with the requirements of CFR21 part11; GEN5 Secure features all of the functionality of the standard GEN5 software and in addition includes security functions such as multi-tier user and group permission levels; system, protocol and data audit trails; and electronic signatures.
