The FLx800™ fluorescence / luminescence microplate reader has been designed with high sensitivity as a priority, together with convenience and ease of use.

This has resulted in powerful performance at a price much lower than traditional fluorescence microplate readers.

A wide range of available filters make these instruments suitable for most applications.

The line-up includes several models to meet the specific needs of research, including the ability to read multiple plate formats, from 6- to 384-wells and PCR tubes, incubation to 50°C and linear shaking, and a reagent dispenser module containing a precision syringe designed to deliver reagents into 6- to 96-well microplates.

This increases the range of applications that can be accomplished, including flash luminescence (e.g. luciferase, ATP), ion channel assays and calcium uptake reactions.
