The FLx800, Synergy HT, Synergy 2 and Synergy 4 Fluorescence / Multi-detection readers have been designed with high sensitivity as a priority, together with convenience and ease of use.

All instruments are equipped with both Fluorescence and Glow Luminescence reading capabilities.

The Synergy HT can also read in Absorbance and Time Resolved Fluorescence modes, using revolutionary dual optics, which give superior performance, for both all applications.

The Synergy 2 takes this technology one step further to offer a modular system with very high sensitivity Fluorescence Intensity, Fluorescence Polarisation (FP), Time Resolved Fluorescence (TRF), Luminescence and Absorbance modes.

The Synergy 4 with Hybrid Technology™, extends the capabilities of the Synergy 2 even further by the introduction of dual excitation and dual emission fluorescence monochromators to give extremely high sensitivity Fluorescence Intensity, Fluorescence Polarisation (FP), Time Resolved Fluorescence (TRF), Luminescence and Absorbance modes.

All four instrument types can be supplied with a Reagent Dispenser option.

A wide range of available filters make these instruments suitable for most applications and in addition, the five monochromators in the Synergy 4 allow complete wavelength flexibility in all read modes.
