ELx800 Universal Microplate Absorbance Reader

As a standalone microplate reader, the ELx800™ is designed for clinical, biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications, in microplate formats from 24- to 384-wells, as well as specialised applications in 60-, 72- and 96-well Terasaki formats.

A wide range of available absorbance filters makes these instruments suitable for most applications.

The ELx800UV has an extended wavelength range and will read from 340 to 750nm.

Superb on-board data reduction includes extensive curve fitting, cut-off calculation, data transformation and validation capabilities, which can be expanded for more sophisticated applications, using PC-based Gen5™ software packages.

The ELx800 can store up to 55 assay definitions, 8 microplate test results and 25 standard curves for reuse in its memory.

On-board diagnostic testing checks the entire optic path and Universal Test Plate software tests for alignment, accuracy, linearity and repeatability.

The ELx800 can be interfaced to many robotic workstations.
